DELIVERY
- Within the U.K. - delivery is tracked through either Royal Mail or our chosen courier. We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for orders up to £25, and free delivery for anything over £25. Allow up to 14 days for receipt of your order.
- Everywhere else - delivery is tracked using our chosen courier. We charge a flat rate of £12.00 or free for orders over £75. Allow up to 28 days for receipt of your order.
REFUNDS
- Unsigned books sometimes come to you straight from our selected printer and may occasionally come separate packages if you have ordered more than one. Refunds can be requested up to 14 days after receipt of your order.
- Signed books come from our own in-house stock. All books leave us in very good condition and very well packaged. For signed books, refunds will only be given for items proven to have been damaged in the post, but there may be a wait of six weeks until we receive compensation from the delivery company. Alternatively, we may offer to send you a replacement book. All effort will be made to resolve the issue on our part.
